Hi, I’m Heather Hundt — Certified Nutrition & Fitness Specialist, Strength Coach, and Women’s Wellness Advocate.

For over six years, I’ve helped individuals just like you transform their health, build confidence, and create sustainable habits that last a lifetime. What started as a personal goal to get stronger, feel better, and keep up with my young kids turned into a passion and profession dedicated to helping others do the same.

My fitness journey gave me firsthand insight into the challenges so many people face — juggling family, work, and self-care; navigating fad diets; and trying program after program with little long-term success. I stepped onto the bodybuilding stage, earned a Masters Division and Overall title, and then continued to push myself through multiple competitive divisions with placements as high as 1st and 4th.

Today, I combine this lived experience with science-based training, evidence-backed nutrition strategies, and compassionate coaching to help you achieve results that feel empowering — not exhausting.
