I’m Heather, the owner of Capital Gainz Fitness—a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and competitive athlete with a degree in nutrition. But more importantly, I’m someone who understands what it feels like to want more for your body, your confidence, and your life.

My journey didn’t start on stage—it started with a desire to feel stronger, healthier, and more in control. Over the past five years, that journey evolved into competitive bodybuilding, where I earned top placements including a class win and overall title. Through that process, I didn’t just transform physically—I built the discipline, structure, and knowledge that now fuels how I coach others.
